Terms of Service

To access certain features of Tref, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify Tref immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not create more than one personal account or create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.

Tref reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

Business listings on Tref are subject to the following conditions:

• Accuracy: Business owners are responsible for ensuring that all listing information, including business name, address, hours, contact details, and descriptions, is accurate and up to date.
• Claiming: Only authorized representatives of a business may claim or manage a listing. Tref may require verification of ownership before granting control of a listing.
• Ownership: Tref retains the right to display business information publicly. Listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate these Terms may be removed without notice.
• Prohibited Content: Listings may not contain illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content. Tref reserves the right to moderate and remove listings at its sole discretion.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ("User Content") to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you agree that:

• Your content is truthful, based on genuine experiences, and not misleading.
• You will not post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates the rights of others.
• You grant Tref a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Platform.
• Tref may moderate, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
• Fake reviews, paid reviews (without disclosure), or reviews from competing businesses are strictly prohibited.

Certain features of Tref are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at Tref's sole discretion and are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
• Tref reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.

The Tref platform, including its design, logos, code, content, and features, is the intellectual property of Tref and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use Tref's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tref and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Tref does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing, review, or user-generated content. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Tref's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Tref in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
